The hotel room was a good size for my adult daughter and myself, but in need of some repairs. The air conditioning control switches were broken, setting the room at a refrigerator temperature with no water or ice on our floor. The service was a mixed bag, with lovely cleaners and bell staff, but encountering unfriendly individuals not willing to assist. The location, right in Times Square, was great for Broadway performances and convenience to Manhattan attractions. Dining options were poor and overpriced, misrepresented as a full breakfast.
The hotel is in a prime location right in the heart of Times Square and within walking distance of major attractions. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, suitable for disabled and older guests. The service is friendly, helpful, and responsive to requests, though some staff members could be more attentive. The dining options are limited, and breakfast is not included. Overall, a great value for the excellent location.
