location good but problems encountered

heat problemtoilet backup
i found the room very hot upon arrival. i called several times about this issue. the thermostat had been removed from the wall and the maintenance person said it was fixed but it was not i think they knew about this heat problem. the toilet also backed up i had to call twice to get assistance with that

my room was quite disappointing. it felt old and definitely not up to a 4-star standard. the furniture seemed dated, and the carpet looked worn. the bathroom needed some serious upgrades too.
